This hi-Tech office building coming up at Panchkula IT Park was to be 'iconic' as per the clients wishes. The top four floors are supported by an elevator shaft making it a complex structural design. The visual aesthetic did not compromise with the functionality and the integration of services which was seamless across all floors.
