The ground floor was designed as ‘a light, airy, Mediterranean feel’ with a lot of stucco and light wood. The restaurant has an open court and a terrace for later use.

One of the leading health and fitness gyms in Chandigarh, Planet Fitness was renovated to bring it up to date with the latest in technology and appearance. The two upper floors were retained as the gym, spa and workout areas with all modern facilities.

The two offices of the firm in sector 8, ABC Papers & ALM wanted their office space to be redesigned so as to increase the functionality while segregating the areas for different activities. Carefully designed workstations promote an efficient work environment. While ALM is operating from its newly done office, the work on ABC Papers is still underway.

An old British building of the 19th century was being remodeled to recreate the ambiance of the colonial period on an extremely tight money and time budget. Memories are all that remain after the devastating fire that gutted the building.

The original resort came up in 1990 and was badly in need of a complete makeover. 16 new rooms are to be added along with a banquet hall and a complete revamp of the services.

The structure for this large shoe factory is envisaged as a flat slab. This has allowed easy integration of services and an abundance of light and ventilation.The large floor plate with no central beams allowed for easy integration of essential services. Passive ventilation systems along with adequate natural light added to the comfortable work environment inside the building.
